Refunds

All Sales are Final and Non-refundable

 

Due to the digital nature of website templates, purchases will not be refunded or exchanged for any reason. To be perfectly clear, these reasons do NOT qualify for a refund:

  1. Changing your mind

  2. Not understanding Squarespace

  3. Not reading a template’s description fully

  4. Ignoring installation warnings or requirements

  5. Having conflicting code that makes code malfunction

  6. If Squarespace updates code, functionality, or in any way changes the nature of the platform, resulting in visual or technical conflicts.

  7. Finding a bug or error in a template.

  8. Refusing to accept support in using a template.

  9. Deleting the template from your account.

  10. Asking for a refund.

If you have ANY questions, problems, issues, or concerns before or after purchasing a template, I'd be more than happy to talk it through and figure out a solution that works for you.

Support

 

Snap Thursday offers limited support due to the nature of the product. Once you begin to edit our templates it can become difficult to repair user edits. However, if you do have a question please reach out to us at hey@snapthursday.com and we’d be happy to look into your issue. Also, if you feel like you just need to try starting over, go ahead and message us and we’ll share a new version of the template so that you can try again.
